Fashion Wire Daily New York - She's a singer, songwriter, actress, clothing designer, and perfumer - but it looks like J.Lo isn't going to be Mrs. Cris Judd much longer. According to a confirmed report from an inside source today, the diva and her dancer-husband have separated after only eight months of marriage. A spokesperson from the Lopez camp, though, would neither confirm nor deny the split. J.Lo, 31, and Judd, 32, married last September 29 at a private ceremony in Calabasas, California. They honeymooned in Italy, where they made their first public appearance as a married couple at the Versace show in Milan.
Judd started out as a mere background dancer for Lopez, but his participation in her career has since grown. He directed the video for her "Ain't It Funny" Ja Rule remix, co-wrote with her the song "Alive" for the "Enough" soundtrack, and choreographed her NBC concert special taped in Puerto Rico last November.
But, word on the street is, Judd still felt like a kept man. According to one insider, the domineering J.Lo would not even allow him a night on the town with his buddies.
Apparently, the two have parted amicably, though. They have no immediate plans for divorce, and reports that Lopez has gone back to her bad-boy ex-beau, Sean "P.Diddy" Combs, have not been confirmed.
If divorce does happen, this will be Lopez's second. Her 1997 marriage to Cuban model Ojani Noa ended a year later.
